Customer support
Email support@orbitdraft.com for help with your workspace, Google Search Console connections, reports, subscription management or general product questions. This address accepts incoming messages through our verified email-routing service.
Billing, cancellations and refunds
For a billing enquiry, include your account email, a brief description and a Paddle transaction reference if available. Do not send full payment-card numbers, passwords, verification codes or API keys. Our Refund Policy explains first-purchase requests and renewals.
Privacy and data rights
Use support@orbitdraft.com to ask about personal data, an export or a deletion request. Account holders also have account-management controls within the application. Identity and organization ownership may need to be confirmed before private records can be released or removed.
