How OrbitDraft handles account information, authorized search data, reports and communications when you use the service.

Who operates this service
OrbitDraft is operated by Abdulaziz Onabella, an independent sole proprietor based in Abeokuta, Ogun State, Nigeria. Contact support@orbitdraft.com with privacy questions, access requests or complaints. A public business contact address remains subject to owner approval and applicable disclosure requirements before commercial onboarding.
Information we process
We process account email and profile information; authentication and security records; workspace names and membership; authorized Search Console properties and performance records; SEO change notes; saved reports; usage and subscription state; and support messages you choose to send.
Why we use this information
We use this information to create and secure accounts, deliver the requested analytics and reports, administer workspaces, enforce plan limits, communicate about transactions and account activity, investigate service issues and meet applicable record-keeping obligations.
Google Search Console data
Search Console access is requested with a read-only scope and only after Google authorization. Refresh credentials are encrypted on the server. Imported records support your workspace dashboards and reports. We do not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. You may disconnect within OrbitDraft and revoke the grant from your Google Account.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts the web application and supporting services; Supabase provides database, authentication and private storage; Google supplies Search Console; Resend supports transactional email; and Paddle is the intended merchant of record for paid transactions. A connected email-routing provider forwards inbound support mail. Providers process information as necessary to deliver their services, potentially across jurisdictions.
Payments, cookies and safeguards
Paddle handles payment collection rather than OrbitDraft storing customers' full card details. Essential authentication cookies keep sessions secure, and a local preference can remember interface theme. Workspace isolation, access controls and other security measures reduce risk, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and requests
Information is retained as needed to operate accounts, preserve requested report snapshots, address security and billing obligations, and comply with applicable requirements. Account holders can request accessible-data exports and deletion reviews. Organization ownership, shared data and legal retention can limit immediate removal. We do not promise a fixed automatic deletion period that the software has not implemented.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or applicable requirements change. Material revisions will be communicated using appropriate account or website notices. Contact support@orbitdraft.com for questions about the version currently published.
