HOW IT WORKS

From search data to a confident client conversation.

A practical three-stage workflow, with an honest view of data freshness, limitations and what the evidence can tell you.

01. Create your workspace

Create and verify an account, then establish your organization's workspace. Set up its identity, invite authorized collaborators within plan limits, and keep each client's information separated.

02. Authorize Search Console

Connect a Google account using Google's consent screen and the minimum required read-only Search Console scope. Choose a property you are permitted to manage. OrbitDraft imports whatever performance data Google makes available; newly added or low-traffic properties can initially return no records.

03. Review trends and context

Compare periods and filter by query, page, device or country. Interpret totals alongside reporting delays and query anonymization. Record site changes separately so an observation is never mislabeled as a proven cause.

04. Investigate opportunities

Review evidence-led opportunities and inspect the underlying metrics before changing a page. Your knowledge of the website and its search audience remains part of the decision.

05. Report what you found

Generate private reports with selected metrics and your narrative, then export HTML or CSV. Reports record their source period and snapshot so clients can understand what the information represented at that time.

06. Stay in control

Manage users, plan usage, Google connections and subscription settings in your workspace. You can disconnect integrations and request an export or deletion review for account data.
